Here is a heartwarming segment we found from the PBS Newshour about the impact meditation has had in more than a dozen Baltimore Public Schools. Educators report that meditation has helped students manage stress, develop coping skills, and improve both their health and educational performance.
We were particularly moved by the commentary from the children about the many ways that meditation has helped them manage some of the environmental and emotional burdens that they confront on a daily basis.
